1 Regular Size Bottle of BBQ Sauce (Found at Walmart.)
1 Regular Size Jar of Apple Butter (Found at Walmart in the Jam section.)
1 Chunked Onion
1. Cut Pot Roast into 6 Large Chunks. Sprinkle Kosher salt and pepper on meat and brown in pan on both sides.
2. Transfer meat from pan to crock pot sprayed with Pam or rubbed down with vegetable oil.
3. Cook on High until meat is tender. You can also cook it on low, but it will take a while. Probably close to 8 hours. If you are going to make sandwiches from this meat, You can slice the pot roast chunks into thin slices.
