Here is an example of a layered bloom you can make for pennies! Look in the .96 cent flower section at Walmart or at the Dollar Tree. Find blooms with multiple layers that you can pull apart. Look for various sizes and coordinating colors. The bloom at the very top was created from 2 entirely different flowers. I added a rhinestone brad that I found in the scrapbooking section at Michael's. The bottom bloom was made from 3 entirely different flowers. You can use these flower creations to decorate gift bags, cards, scrapbook projects, make corsages, purse pins and more! This project is so relaxing and can be done while you are listening to music or watching TV. Have fun with it!
Al little tip: In the craft department, Walmart gathers long plastic bags full of flowers that have fallen off their branches. They sell these bags for a dollar each and they usually keep them near or under their fabric cutting table. Ask the gal who works in the fabric department about the bags.

I found the bags at WalMart of the "fallen" flowers, lol, for 50 cents! What a find. Been making these for lots of projects! Also, I found some decorative clipboards 5.5" x 8" at the dollar store. I hot glue these flowers to the top of the clip and it looks great! quick, easy and an inexpensive giftie!
Marcia,
