Chocolate Popcorn Crunch~Yummy Christmas Gift!

This would make a great treat if you are making "movie baskets" for a family or couple at Christmas!

14 Cups Popped Popcorn

3 Cups Crispy Rice Cereal
2 Cups Dry Roasted Peanuts

1-1/2 Lbs Chocolate Candy Melts

3 Tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter

Combine popcorn, cereal and peanuts in a very large bowl; mix well and set aside.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and peanut butter. Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes on high or until melted, stirring after every minute.

Pour over popcorn mixture, tossing to coat well. Spread onto baking sheets sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray; let cool thoroughly. Break apart and store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
