EASY Toffee Crunch Fudge-Bottom Pie~Makes a Nice Holiday Pie!

2 Cups Cold Milk
2 Packages of 3.4 oz. Jello Instant Chocolate Pudding
3 Squares of Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate (Divided according to instructions.)
1 Oreo pie crust
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 English Toffee Candy Bars, such as Heath or Skor. (Chopped and Divided.)

Beat the milk and pudding about two minutes with a mixer.

Microwave 2 chocolate squares for about 1 minute or until melted when stirred. Next, stir the melted chocolate into 1 cup of the chocolate pudding. Pour it into the Oreo pie crust.

Add half of the Cool Whip and all except 3 Tablespoons of the candy to the remaining chocolate pudding. Spoon it over the layer in the pie crust.

Top with the remaining Cool whip and sprinkle the 3 Tablespoons of candy on the top. Melt the last Chocolate square and drizzle it over the pie. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
