Ingredients:
1 (6 oz.) Box Cherry Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) Tub Softened Cream Cheese
1 (20 oz.) Can Cherry Pie Filling
1 (15 oz.) Can Crushed Pineapple in Own Juice
1. Dissolve the Jell-O with 1-1/4 cups of boiling water in a deep bowl.
2. With an electric mixer, beat in the cream cheese very slowly at first.
3. Fold in the cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple with juice.
4. Pour into a 13x9 baking dish and refrigerate until set.
