Watergate Salad For A Crowd
Serve this delicious side dish/dessert at your next family function. I guarantee it will be a hit!
Ingredients:
2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
2 (3.4) Oz. Packages Jell-O Pistachio Instant Pudding, Dry
2 (20 oz.) Cans Crushed Pineapple, UNDRAINED
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
3 Cups Thawed Cool Whip
In a very large crowd-pleasin' bowl, combine the dry pudding mix and undrained pineapple together. Stir in Marshmallows and Nuts. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving. Makes 16 servings. (1/2 cup servings.)

I love Watergate Salad! I keep everything I need to make it on hand in my cupboard. It's so easy. And, on a hot summer day in Texas, it is very refreshing!
